    They were unable to follow through with the quote we accepted from them. They were incredibly difficult to do deal with mainly because of how unresponsive they were. It took weeks at a time to get even the smallest of updates, and we assume at this point 5 months later they are not going through with it, but we wouldn't know because they never told us they were passing.
